A more comfortable and affordable student accommodation is hard to find! In addition to furniture, electricity and WiFi, our studios are equipped with a washing machine with built-in dryer, TV for streaming and kitchen utensils. Add around 4 meters of ceiling height for comfortable space in a square footage of space. You can also easily add optional towels and bedding if you wish - or a breakfast bag if time is short in the morning.

In Water Front Cabins student accommodation, all you need to do is check in. Furniture and all the equipment you need for a fully functional home are in place. Combined washer and dryer are also available in all studios. Broadband, Wi-Fi, TV for streaming included. You name it! And electricity. It is of course included. If you want to be extra cozy, you can add towels and bedding as an option. Nonsense, right?

Our studios range from 27 to 60 square meters - with a really nice floor plan. All studios also have a ceiling height of about 4 meters and several have a loft. If you are several people who want to live together, it is also possible to book our townhouse or rooftop. Read more about our different studio types here.

Prices vary depending on the size of the studio. From SEK 7950 per month, you can get access to a studio and again almost everything is included - you don't have to buy furniture, think about broadband or equipment for your home. Combined washer and dryer and even electricity are included.
