Urgent errors

NOTE! Urgent errors should be called in around the clock.

Don't call on-call assistant, if the action can wait.
You will have to pay if you use an on-call service for errors that are not considered an urgent risk.

NOTE! If you have lost, forgotten or locked your mobile or otherwise caused the mobile key to be unavailable, you will be charged.


Examples of urgent errors

  • Stop in drains with rising water. The water does not flow down the drain and there is a risk of water damage or personal injury.

  • Completely powerless studio or damage to electrical wiring. Risk of personal injury.

  • Broken glass pane. Risk of personal injury or burglary.

  • Damage to immovable property involving a risk of personal injury or burglary.

  • Water flows from e.g. pipe.

  • The fridge, freezer or cooker is completely out of order.

General info

Error report

You can report faults by scanning your QR code on the inside of your studio door. You will also find a link to the error report in your Waterfront Cabins app.

What is the check-in procedure?

You will be automatically checked in by Waterfront Cabins at the specified check-in time on the day of check-in (check-in time is indicated on the booking confirmation). It is perfectly possible to arrive later, just make sure you have received the mobile key and that you know where your studio is located. The key works from the check-in time so you can enter your studio at any time after that.

The mobile key will be sent to your mobile at check-in and is valid from that time.

Mobile key

To receive the key, you need to download the Waterfront Cabins app (you can find it where you download apps). Make sure to register the same phone number in the app that you entered when making your reservation. The app is compatible with both IOS and Android.
Please note that 2 keys are included in your booking, an additional fee of 350 SEK applies for any additional keys/exchange of keys.

Can I have visitors or guests in my studio?

Your friends and family are welcome to visit you when you stay with us. However, please note that only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in your studio or on any balcony/terrace.

How do I change or cancel my studio?

WiFi instructions

Block 1: Connect to your studio's wifi first. Open a web browser (e.g. google chrome, safari etc.), enter the login details found on the inside of your front door.

Other blocks: login details and router name can be found on the bottom of the router.
