Welcome to the Ostindia block

Ostindia is an open-plan and spatially rich neighbourhood with Eastern influences. Three linked blocks form an open block structure around a common courtyard facing southwest. Details of bright red combined with a brown glazed wooden facade and characterful roofs give the block a strong expression. The tall building at the end of the pier is entirely red in colour and will be a new landmark for Frihamnen.

The name Ostindia is linked to Gothenburg's strong seafaring tradition. The eastern inspiration has been taken very seriously and the project team includes a certified feng shui expert.

Welcome to an extraordinary stay! You can book your studio per month, week or day.

Feng Shui in Ostindia

Susanna Utbult – Feng Shui expert, author, teacher at the Nordic School of Feng Shui

How have we used Feng Shui in the Ostindia block?

The Ostindia block is well located, central and yet secluded, close to the positive energy of the water. The brown facade gives an earthy sense of security, while the colour, height and roof shape of the red house give a sense of fiery energy and success. Internally, a soothing and harmonious balance is found throughout the studios. The book "Feng Shui Flow – creating sustainable interior design" is included as an interior design detail with a view to adding the green wood element, as well as providing information on feng shui. For some studios, certificates have also been issued promising a bed placement free of sk. Currylines .

With several hundred studios and Jubileumsparken with several options for swimming, the area will be attractive and lively. A natural place to hang out with proximity to the city centre and the water.
