Waterfront Cabins is located at Kvillepiren - by the water, yet super close to Chalmers, University of Gothenburg and Lindholmen Science Park. Bus and cycle routes make it easy to get where you're going.
The area has a 24-hour grocery store (24 SJU) and the opportunity to play padel or take a dip in Jubileumsparkens harbour bath. Nearby you will find a wide range of restaurants and cafés, as well as shopping at Backaplan and Nordstan.

At Waterfront Cabins, you just check in and get started. From kitchen utensils to comfortable beds, your furniture and all the necessary equipment are already in place. Each studio has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, and of course, fast broadband, Wi-Fi and a TV for streaming are included. Everything is fixed, including electricity. Convenient, isn't it?
Our studios range in size from 27 to 60 square meters - with a great floor plan. All studios also have a ceiling height of around 4 meters and several have a loft. When booking this studio, you commit to an initial booking period. If necessary, you can easily extend your stay or use our cancellation period to end it earlier. Simple, isn't it?
Yes, of course! There are several car parks on the pier offering 30 minutes free parking. For longer parking, there is a larger parking area about 4 minutes walk away, where the municipality offers parking permits.

There are several outdoor bicycle parking areas in the area, so it is possible to bring your bike. Why not cycle across Hisingsbron or take your bike on the free ferry from Lundbystrand to Stenpiren?
With our additional services, you can regulate the level of 'All-inclusive' yourself! We offer three different starter kits with quality bed linen and towels, which you can take with you after check-out. Choose the kit that suits you best: Basic, Plus or Premium.
Would you like breakfast during your stay? We co-operate with a local bakery and offer three different breakfast boxes and allergy-friendly options. You can book your breakfast box at reception the day before you want to pick it up - and voilà, your morning will be both easier and tastier!

Yes, you can register at Kvillepiren 12 (without a studio number). To access mail during your stay, we work with Mail Boxes Etc. who offer both physical and digital mailboxes to our guests. This is necessary as our studios do not have any linked mailboxes on site. More detailed information about your new address and how to obtain a mailbox will be provided upon booking request
